Deposit on Tile &
Work:
Once a job plan is
finalized, Whisnant's Tile &
Trim requires a 60% deposit
to order tile and schedule
your job for installation.
If you or your preferred installer are doing your work,
tile must be paid for 100%
before an order will be
placed.
Whether you supply the measurements or your installer,
you the customer will be
responsible for any shortage
or overage of tile.
Should you choose to have Whisnant's Tile & Trim come
measure or estimate your
tile from prints, you the
customer will be responsible
for any shortage or overage
if we will not be
installing.
Freight Charges:
In order to sell tile at competitive prices and have
our large selection, it is
necessary to have many
vendors. These vendors
charge freight charges for
delivery of tile. The
customer will be informed of
the freight charges and will
be responsible for payment.
Design Work and
Measurements:
Whisnant's Tile &
Trim will gladly help design
and come measure your
remodel or new construction
free of charge with the
following conditions:
(1)
It is always
preferable that you have
selected a tile at our
showroom as we do not
install tile that is
purchased elsewhere.
(2) The design work is
free if you have made a
commitment to purchase your
tile from Whisnant's Tile &
Trim. However, if you have us visit your
jobsite and use our services
without purchasing from us,
design work is billed at $100.00 per hour.
(3) Customer must be
present for measure and
design work. This will
assure that your install
goes as
planned.
(4) No measurements,
linear footage or square
footages will be given to
the customer or their
contractor
without a signed contract or commitment for us to
do your work.

given to customer or their
contractor without a
signed contract or commitment for us to do your
work.
(5) Absolutely NO
returns or refunds.
